The Future Educators Association conference is a unique, annual event devoted exclusively to the development of the next generation of educators. Each year conference participants come from around the world to take advantage of a diverse array of professional development opportunities. Sponsorship at the FEA National Conference is an effective and inexpensive way to connect with students and gain exposure for your product, services, or school/college of education. There are a variety of opportunities from which to select. From inclusive sponsorship packages to tote bags and snack breaks, FEA has promotional options to accommodate your marketing objectives, resources, and budget.

Sponsorship Packages

Speaker Sponsorships
The 2012 FEA National Conference features three distinct speaker sponsorship opportunities, including Opening Keynote by America Ferrera, Saturday Keynote by Michelle Shearer, and FEA National Officer Candidate Speeches.
Session Sponsorships
Each year, FEA invites a variety of presenters to conduct breakout sessions covering a wide spectrum of topics of interest to prospective educators and their instructors. Session formats include debates, demonstrations, panel discussions, or skill-building workshops. Session sponsorships are grouped by time blocks — Morning Session I, Morning Session II, Afternoon Session I, and Afternoon Session II. Each time block contains approximately 10 different sessions from which conference attendees may choose.
Conference Takeaways Sponsorships
Upon arrival at the FEA National Conference, each attendee will check in and receive their registration materials. At this time, each conference attendee will also have the opportunity to receive sponsored conference takeaways, which can include a conference tote bag, reusable sport water bottle, and a lanyard name badge to be worn throughout the entire conference.
College Day / Conference Program Book Advertising

Go Teach Magazine — goteachmag.org
Go Teach is the FEA official FEA magazine and is published four times per year in August, October, January, and March. It has a strong emphasis on college readiness, as well as a focus on information about careers in education. With an ad in Go Teach, your message will be seen by approximately 15,000 FEA members and their instructors.
FEA All-member Emails
The FEA international office sends monthly emails to all FEA members keeping the membership up-to-date with information regarding various FEA programs, events, and upcoming deadlines. FEA all-member emails are sent out approximately 12 times per year. With an email sidebar ad, your message will be seen by approximately 15,000 FEA members and their instructors.
FEA News Online — news.goteachmag.org
FEA News is a monthly, online update of everything that is happening in the organization. This update contains important deadlines, information, and tips to support FEA advisors and students as they strive to grow strong FEA programs and become the next generation of great teacher leaders. A portion of FEA News also appears in each issue of Go Teach. With an ad in Go Teach magazine, your message will directly reach each and every FEA member.
FEA National Conference Program Book
FEA National Conference program book. In addition to providing conference attendees with a listing of each session and where events are located, the program book has opportunities to advertise. With an in the conference program book, your message will be seen by approximately 1,000 FEA members and their instructors.
FEA Web site — futureeducators.org
The FEA web site lists current events, programs, and information about the organization. With your organization name and website link appearing on the FEA site, your message will be viewed by the site's approximately 170,000 visitors per year.
Deadlines

Sponsorship payment must be received by: Jan. 20, 2012
College Day
Since many of the Future Educators Association conference attendees are interested in learning more about teacher education programs at colleges and universities, FEA started its College Day event several years ago to allow colleges and universities to connect directly with students. Is there a letter of agreement that sponsors must sign?
Do sponsorship representatives have to register for the conference if they would like to attend?

If an organization does not have the ability to produce camera-ready ad copy for Go Teach magazine or in the conference program book, will FEA design the ad?
If my sponsorship includes information being posted at the FEA website, when will the website information about each organization be posted? How long will it stay up?
Is there a letter of agreement that sponsors must sign?
Yes. All sponsors will be required to sign an agreement detailing contract terms and deadlines.
Do sponsorship representatives have to register for the conference if they would like to attend?
Each sponsor receives one complimentary conference registration. Additional sponsorship representatives are required to pay a conference registration fee.
Are sponsorship representatives eligible for discounted hotel rates if they choose to stay overnight?
Yes. All conference activities will take place at the Hilton Baltimore. The conference rate is $199 + tax. Secure your sleeping room online or by calling 1-800-Hiltons (1-800-445-8667) and mention the FEA conference.
If my sponsorship includes an ad in Go Teach magazine or in the conference program book, where can I find advertising specifications?
You will be sent detailed technical specifications upon receipt of your signed sponsorship agreement.
If an organization does not have the ability to produce camera-ready ad copy for Go Teach magazine or in the conference program book, will FEA design the ad?
No. FEA graphic designers will not design ads. You must be able to submit an ad that matches our technical specifications.
If my sponsorship includes information being posted at the FEA website, when will the website information about each organization be posted? How long will it stay up?
The information will be posted within two weeks of receiving your signed sponsorship agreement, your 100-word organization description, and the link to your organization's website. It will remain on the FEA conference web pages through the end of May 2012.
