Elevating the Teaching Profession
The FEA Honor Society recognizes the extraordinary accomplishments and service of FEA's highest achieving and most engaged members and strives to elevate the image of teaching by highlighting the high-achieving students who are choosing teaching as their professional career path. Eligibility is determined by academic achievement and service to an education-related organization. Service projects may be completed independently or through an FEA chapter, if you are affiliated with one.
The process of becoming an FEA honor student will enhance your realistic understanding of the education profession, and the prestige of being part of the FEA Honor Society will give you an edge when looking for colleges, scholarships, and jobs.
Who are FEA Honor Society students?
Any FEA member in good standing (i.e., a paid member of national FEA) who is a sophomore, junior or senior in high school and meets the following criteria by April 13 of the current academic year is eligible to be an FEA honor student.
